SHIPPING
We offer a flat rate of $10.95 for standard orders shipped to an Australian address. We offer FREE shipping on Australian orders over $150.
For all international orders, please email us at enquiries@bushblend.com.au for a shipping quote. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.
Dispatch
We endeavour to ship within 48 hours however please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way to you. You’ll also receive a text message from Australia Post with your tracking number so you can track the delivery all the way to your front door.
Delivery
For metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart, standard delivery can take between 2-5 business days.
For WA, NT and all regional areas of other states and territories, standard delivery can take between 5-10 business days.
Overseas standard delivery can take between 4-20 business days.

We will not accept any liability for unforeseen delay in the delivery or in the event there is no one to receive the package at the designated delivery address.

RETURNS
We pride ourselves on our reputation for quality so we understand the frustration when you receive a product that doesn’t quite meet your expectations.
If the product is faulty, not fit for purpose or doesn’t meet the product description we will happily offer you a refund or exchange within a reasonable time frame. Please contact us at enquiries@bushblend.com.au and we will be in touch with the details. All candles supplied by Bush Blend are handmade, therefore some variation between the products can occur. Any variation of the natural grain in the timber lids is not considered a fault.
If the product is damaged in transit, please send photos of the package and products within 48 hours of receiving the order to enquiries@bushblend.com.au. We will assess the damage and follow this up with our shipping provider. Once the photos have been received we will contact you with a resolution within 3 business days.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund, exchange or store credit for change of mind returns.
